This valley remains closed for around 7 months during winter, and in summer opens up its long lush grasslands, snow-capped mountains, and village settlements. The village life is still ancient with farming, mud, and log houses. This valley gives an extraordinary offbeat experience and is hands down the most stunning place in Kashmir.
Apart from Warwan Valley, you will get enough time to explore Daksum Valley. Daksum has Achabal, Kokernag and Sinthan Top. The Sinthan Top is the high-altitude mountain pass that connects Kashmir to Kishtwar.

Detailed Itinerary

Drive to Daksum – an offbeat village resort in the Anantnag district. Explore the village life and orchards. Visit Kokernag and Achabal as well. Take a village walk here, and explore the apple orchards.
Night stay at Daksum.

You will get enough time to explore Daksum Valley. Daksum has Achabal, Kokernag and Sinthan Top. Drive to Sinthan Top. The magnificent high-altitude pass that connects Kashmir to Kishtwar. Here the snow remains until June at times. So you can indulge in some snow activities here if you find snow. You can also take a short hike to the nearest alpine lake here or just spend some time here to view the panoramic view of the close-up snow-capped mountains.
